ALL services require a $50 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your date & time. Your deposit will go towards the total of your event payment.
Final payments must be made 2 weeks prior to your event date.
As we are a small, up & coming business, we currently accept payment via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash. If a refund is required, you will receive it in the same form you paid.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less to your scheduled event will NOT receive a refund.
If you need to cancel your event 48 hours or more before your event, you may reschedule with us within 1 year from your scheduled event or you may receive a refund of your total payment minus your $50 non-refundable deposit.
In the case of inclement weather Truly Eventful reserves the right to cancel your event. Truly Eventful will notify you of a weather cancellation via text. If a cancellation may occur, you have the option to move the location of your event (to an indoor or covered space) or reschedule your event to another date within 1 year from your previously scheduled event. If you would not like to reschedule, you may receive a refund of your total payment minus your $50 non-refundable deposit.

Truly Eventful offers a custom, high-end picnic experience curated for you & your guests.
